Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your curl care experience. Because our products are applied to hair and skin, we understand that you may need to try them before knowing if they're right for you. Please read our policy below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or refund. We accept returns on lightly used products — we know you need to try them to know if they work for your curls!

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stevewynder.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are more than 50% used
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Bundles or kits where individual items have been heavily used

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Not Working for Your Curls?

Hair care is personal — what works for one curl type may not work for another. If a product isn't giving you the results you hoped for, please reach out before returning. Our team is happy to offer personalised advice, recommend an alternative product, or process a refund if we can't find a solution that works for you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stevewynder.com.
